On the 2nd September there was a group of us down on the beach sharing our yoga practice to raise awareness for Yoga 4 Dignity.
An hour of morning Hatha yoga was not only a beautiful way to start the day but also an opportunity to bring some fellow yogis and supporters together! Meet others in the community and raise money for this amazing charity. All of us ladies apart from the lovely Nick, opened our hearts through a mindful Hatha practice.
Very grateful for being able to host this space for people, thank you to Mala Yoga for their awesome beach side spot. Stay tuned for weekend classes there! And such a bonus the weather was on our side!! Sunshine Shavasana what more do you need ❤️
#Yoga4dignity will bring thousands of women from Australia together to Share the Dignity whilst at the same time opening our hearts and touching our toes. In Australia we have 48,000 homeless women and it is our GOAL this year to have the same number practicing YOGA in your hometown as we #Yoga4dignity.
“Let us share the dignity through a beautiful practice this weekend! A great way to bring the community together, not just the yogis! Anyone can come and join an open hearted morning practice in the sunshine down in South Freo. A cause that is worthy and needs awareness brought to it. Share the Dignity with me!” – Jen, Journey with Jen
