Beginner Friendly Online Vinyasa Yoga
Please allow an hour for this beginner friendly Vinyasa Yoga class online.
For this online yoga class, please have a strap or a belt or even a blanket that you can use at the beginning of class. This will allow class to be more relaxing and restorative for you as we gently open the body.
This is an opportunity for you to explore your practice at home. There are no expectations. Be gentle, and if you need any further support please do not hesitate to reach out by commenting below.
You may like to have a blanket for Shavasana (at the end) where we have our final relaxation.
