One thing to remember, everyone’s practice will look and feel a little bit different. The most important aspect here is to be comfortable and just explore how this feels in your body. Every day it may feel different, notice that and follow your intuition.

In the video I am breaking down the zig zag line we come down in in Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations). The ‘zig zag line’ is called Ashtanga Namaskara. We are working with our Manipura Chakra which is linked to our solar plexus.

In the flow of Surya Namaskara our breath is retained here. However, for the purpose of ensuring you are comfortable in your body feel free to explore your breath. Especially in the variation of Cat/Cow (Marjariasana).

For more variations depending on a personal ailment, feel free to get in touch and I’ll get this out to you!
