There are no expectations of you. A safe space to explore sensations in your physical body.

HOME VISITS

I offer home visits to those I work with for one simple reason – encourage more personal choice. When we are in our own home we tend to feel safer

If for any reason your home is not a safe place or you would prefer to work outside of this house I work out of a local studio. Some clients prefer this knowing they will not be disturbed.

The choice it totally yours.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Enough space to roll our your yoga mat / chair / surface you are on
  • Most importantly, yourself!

ONLINE YOGA

 

 I work with clients online via a platform called Zoom. 

This allows us to connect in different locations and timezones. This also supports those who would prefer to stay at home and work digitally.

You can record sessions and explore them again at your own pace. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Internet connection
  • Device with a camera, microphone & screen
  • Enough space to roll our your yoga mat / chair / surface you are on
  • Most importantly, yourself!

 

ONLINE PROGRAMMES

Many clients like to explore this at the same time as the private sessions and so they are having space for self practice and also support and guidance. 

 

 Coping with trauma can be exhausting. Those who have been through or going through an extreme can get to know the challenges that come with such an event(s).

Our bodies have things to say and we will try to listen – this is where Yoga comes in.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga, specific breathe techniques and guidance towards meditation will allow a greater ability to tolerate trauma related stimuli by working with new pathways of healing and personal growth. Begin to feel safer within your own skin on and off the mat.

 

The sessions are 100% tiered to you, we go at your own pace and establish what you would like out of the sessions. Working intuitively and ensure you gain what you need out of our time together.

 

In our free consultation we can discuss where you are at and where you would like to be.

Jen will guide you through the practice and provides gentle corrections when necessary. She creates a friendly environment where you feel calm and relaxed, and at the same time strive to do your best. I highly recommend taking a yoga class with Jen!

It was super duper great spending and learning yoga with her, very calm and she’s approachable too. It wouldn’t be hard to ask her to teach you how to improve. So sad to see her leave for another country though but she offered Skype lessons online so to still continue with the lessons. You will not regret if you book a class for her.
