Hatha Yoga Class Online

Please allow 50 minutes for this Hatha Yoga practice with Jen Stuart.

We will start by lying down and so I invite you take a moment to make yourself comfortable. Feel free to place a pillow under you knees to support the lower back. You may like to use a blanket to keep warm.

This is an opportunity for you to explore your practice at home. There are no expectations. Be gentle, and if you need any further support please do not hesitate to reach out by commenting below.

You may like to have a blanket for Shavasana (at the end) where we have our final relaxation.
