Hatha Yoga Class Online
Please allow an hour for this Hatha Yoga practice.
In this practice we will come back to downward facing dog and so if you need a rest, please allow yourself to come into a table top shape or Balasana.
This is an opportunity for you to explore your practice at home. There are no expectations. Be gentle, and if you need any further support please do not hesitate to reach out by commenting below.
You may like to have a blanket for Shavasana (at the end) where we have our final relaxation.
