Opening The Side Body
Please allow an hour for this gentle Hatha Yoga practice.
This is an opportunity for you to explore your practice at home. There are no expectations. Be gentle, and if you need any further support please do not hesitate to reach out by commenting below.
You may like to have:
A block or 2 (you can always use thick books) to bring the floor closer when we explore our gate pose.
A blanket for Shavasana (at the end) where we have our final relaxation.
